452.12 SNOW EMERGENCIES; NO PARKING ON MAIN STREET.

When snow accumulates on Main Street to a height of two inches or more, no person shall park a motor vehicle or other vehicle on Main Street from 12:00 midnight until 8:00 a.m., in order that the snow may be removed.
