The Records Commission shall provide rules for retention and disposal of the records of the Village and shall review disposal lists submitted by the various Municipal offices. Such disposal lists shall contain those records which have been microfilmed, e-mail, computer generated, DVDV, hard copy (paper) or no longer have administrative, legal, fiscal, and historical value to the Village or its residents.
