252.04 HOLIDAYS.

(a) Full-time employees of the Village shall be provided with eight paid holidays per year. These holidays shall be: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

(b) Retired employees of the Village reemployed by the Village shall not receive compensation for holidays.
