246.02 VILLAGE SEWER INSPECTOR.
   (a)   The position of Village Sewer Inspector is hereby established. The Mayor may appoint a person to fill such position.
   (b)   The Village Sewer Inspector shall inspect the construction, installation and repair of private septic tank systems in the Village.
   (c)   The Village Sewer Inspector shall issue permits for the construction and installation of the septic tank system. There shall be no charge for such permits. The Village Sewer Inspector shall keep a record of all permits issued.
