242.03 POLICE OR SANITARY REGULATIONS FOR PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE VILLAGE.

When the Village owns and uses lands beyond its limits for a municipal purpose, the Village may provide all needful police or sanitary regulations for the protection of such property and may prosecute violations thereof in the municipal court of such municipal corporation to the extent permitted by R.C. § 715.50.
