234.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITION; TERM.

Legal counsel shall be provided for the Village and the person employed as such counsel shall be known as the Village Solicitor or just the Solicitor. Such Solicitor shall be employed by Council for a period not exceeding one year.
