GREENVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 9-4-183 PRIVATE STREETS.
   No new private streets for single-family and two-family attached dwellings located on individual lots or on a common lot are allowed after August 14, 2014.
