GREENVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 9-4-132 DENSITY; AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT.
   (A)   The maximum density shall be eight units per net acre.
   (B)   There shall be no less than ten sites available at first occupancy.
