The Board of Adjustment may grant permission for the establishment of the uses listed under section 9-4-85 subject to the specific criteria set forth under section 9-4-86, the general criteria of section 9-4-81, as well as any specialconditions which the Board may deem necessary to satisfy the general criteria set forth in section 9-4-81.
