(A) The following Regulations adopted by the Greenville Utilities Commission are hereby adopted and incorporated into this Code by reference.
(1) Part A - Terms and Conditions of Electric Service;
(2) Part B - Terms and Conditions of Gas Service;
(3) Part C - Terms and Conditions of Water and Sewer Service;
(4) Part D - Customer Service Policy;
(5) Part E - Utility Rate Schedule; and
(6) Part F- Hearing Procedures.
(B) A copy of the Greenville Utilities Commission Regulations shall be maintained in the office of the City Clerk and in the office of the Director of Utilities.
(C) As provided by G.S. 160A-77, such regulations shall be published as a separate pamphlet and made available to the public.
