Uptown outdoor dining in the uptown parking deck plaza will be permitted only pursuant to a valid outdoor dining permit issued by the city in accordance with the provisions of this section. It is unlawful to operate outdoor dining on public sidewalks, access-ways, or alleys without an outdoor dining permit issued by the city.
