SEC. 6-2-42 PERMIT PREREQUISITE TO REMOVAL OF SAND AND THE LIKE FROM STREET.

   It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any sand, dirt or stone from any street, road or sidewalk in the city without having first secured a permit therefor in writing from the Public Works Department.
