GREENVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 6-2-40.13 SEVERABILITY.
   Should any section or provisions of this article be declared invalid by the courts, the same shall not affect the validity of this article as a whole or any part thereof, other than as specifically declared invalid.
