(A) No approach shall be permitted to encompass any municipal facility such as traffic signal standards, signs, catch basins, hydrants, crosswalks, loading zones, utility poles, fire or alarm supports, sewer cleanouts or other necessary structures. If encroachments are unavoidable, all appurtenances shall be relocated or adjusted at the expense of the owner/applicant of the property being developed.
(B) Existing driveway or driveway approaches shall not be altered without first securing a permit.
