SEC. 6-2-35 REASONABLE RIGHT OF ACCESS NOT TO BE DENIED.
   No property owner, lessee or tenant in possession shall be denied a reasonable right of ingress and egress to his or her property under any of the provisions of this article, except in those cases that access has been required and/or provided for via access points internal to the surrounding properties.
