SEC. 9-1-71 REMOVING NOTICE FROM CONDEMNED BUILDING.

If any person shall remove any notice that has been affixed to any building or structure by the Inspections Division and that states the dangerous character of the building or structure, that person shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
