(A) It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 to patronize any massage parlor or similar establishment licensed hereunder unless the person carries with him or her, at the time of the patronage, a written order directing the treatment to be given, signed by a licensed physician.
(B) It shall be the duty of the operator of the massage parlor or similar establishment licensed hereunder to determine and have verification of the age of the person patronizing the establishment, and violation of this section shall be grounds for the revocation of the license of the establishment.
