It shall be the duty of any person granted a license hereunder to maintain correct and accurate records of the names and addresses of the persons receiving treatment at the establishment, the type of treatment administered, and the name of the person of the establishment administering the treatment. The records shall be subject to inspection at any reasonable time by any member of the Police Department of the city.
