(A) Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall subject the offender to a civil penalty in the amount of $50 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Notwithstanding subsection (A) above, provisions of this chapter may be enforced through equitable remedies issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
