SEC. 11-8-5 LIGHTING.
   Each horse-drawn vehicle to be used after sunset or before sunrise shall be equipped as provided in this section. Each vehicle shall be equipped with at least one lighted lamp or lantern exhibiting a white light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the front of the horse-drawn vehicle and with a lamp or lantern exhibiting a red light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear of the horse-drawn vehicle. Each vehicle shall have affixed to the rear of the vehicle at least two red reflectors or similar warning devices, one on each corner, and on the front of the vehicle, one amber reflector or similar warning device on the left-hand front of the vehicle.
