This police rotation list privilege shall be valid for one year from the date of acceptance. Each application for renewal shall contain adequate assurances that the applicant continues to comply with all standards, rules and regulations prescribed under this chapter. The renewals shall be on a form designated by the Revenue Collector and shall contain the names of any new owners, part owners or partners, and the names of any new employees.
