   If, after the issuance of a permit pursuant to this chapter, it should appear that the facts set forth in the permittee’s application are untrue, or if he or she is convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude or engages in business other than as set forth in his or her permit or fails to utilize the permit in good faith and for the purpose issued, the permit shall be revoked by the Chief of Police and from the revocation the permittee may, if he or she desires, appeal to the City Council.
