Any junk dealer licensed under this chapter who shall violate any of the provisions thereof, or who willfully falsifies or causes or suffers to be falsified, any entry of any article required to be preserved in a book, may suffer the revocation of his or her license. Any person who shall engage in the business of a junk dealer after his or her license is revoked, or without first procuring a license, as is required in this chapter, shall, notwithstanding any penalty in any tax ordinance to the contrary, be guilty of an offense against this section.
