SEC. 11-2-8 DUTIES OF PERMITTEE; DUTIES OF PARADE CHAIRPERSON.

(A) A permittee hereunder shall comply with all permit directions and conditions and with applicable laws and ordinances.

(B) The parade chairperson or other person leading the parade shall carry the parade permit upon his or her person during the conduct of the parade. The parade chairperson shall be physically present at the parade and shall be responsible for compliance with all the provisions of the parade permit.
