§ 52.02 SERVICE CHARGE.
   (A)   This section authorizes a 3% service charge to recover administrative and office expenses to do the monthly billing.
   (B)   This shall be paid in a monthly charge after the amounts have been calculated and the water utility is transferring funds held for Town Heritage Springs Sewer Utility account.
