§ 33.21 POLICE DEPARTMENT PETTY CASH FUND.
   (A)   The Town Council hereby establishes a Petty Cash Fund for the Town Police Department, in the amount of $100.
   (B)   The custodian of the Petty Cash Fund shall be the Town Chief of Police, who shall use the funds to obtain small or emergency items of operating expense. An original receipt shall be provided for each expense made from this fund in order to gain reimbursement.
   (C)   The custodian of the Petty Cash Fund shall be responsible for repayment of all expenditures not accompanied by an original receipt.
   (D)   The custodian shall make available all documentation of the Petty Cash Fund no later than 72 hours upon request by the Town Council or the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
