§ 33.08 CHARGES FOR NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS FOR CREDIT CARD PURCHASED FOR THE TOWN WATER UTILITY.
   If a town municipal water and sewer utility customer pays on his or her account via credit card service and the payment is returned for non-sufficient or unavailable funds, a charge of $20 shall apply. However in given certain circumstances the Greenville Water Utility Superintendent is authorized to waive the charges at his or her discretion.
