§ 33.07 COLLECTION FEE FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VIN) CHECKS BY THE TOWN MARSHAL’S DEPARTMENT.

   (A)   The town’s Marshal’s Department is now authorized to collect $5 for each VIN check performed for commercial purposes.

   (B)   No fee will be collect from private citizens.

   (C)   The fees collected will be added to an inspection fund and will be used by the Marshal’s Department.
