§ 33.06 FEES FOR ACCIDENT/INCIDENT REPORTS.
   (A)   The Town Marshal’s Department is authorized and directed to collect a fee of $8 for each accident and/or incident report made by the Department.
   (B)   A receipt is to be issued by the Town Marshal’s Department for each report charged and collected: that the revenues collected shall be delivered to the Town Clerk-Treasurer and such revenues authorized by this section shall be deposited in a fund for the purpose of maintenance, equipment and/or training for the Town Marshal’s Department.
