(A) Petitioner for vacating of alleyway or conditional use variance shall deposit with the Town Clerk-Treasurer a fee of $100 with their written request.
(B) Fee shall be used by the Town Clerk-Treasurer to pay all legal publishing and certified mail fees.
(C) All unused petitioner’s deposits on hand shall be returned within 30 days with receipts for expenses after vote has been completed on petitioner’s request.
(D) If additional funds are required the petitioner shall be invoiced by the Town Clerk-Treasurer within 30 days with receipts for expenses after vote has been completed on petitioner’s request. Petitioner shall have 30 days from date of invoice to pay additional fees.
(E) The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall accept only certified checks made payable to the town.
