§ 50.02 WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE REQUESTS.
   An application process for Greenville's water and wastewater utility, along with applicable fees and checklist, is hereby adopted. The following procedures shall be used for all water and wastewater infrastructure requests as follows:
   (A)   Complete the attached application including all required signatures;
   (B)   Submit a digital sketch or map identifying the location of the property with a north arrow;
   (C)   Submit one digital set of the primary plat and construction drawings and any support materials identifying all utilities on and adjacent to the property. Plans should:
      (1)   Be in PDF format;
      (2)   Be stamped by a professional engineer;
      (3)   Show the street location(s) and profiles with the public utility lines and the proposed utility connections to an existing utility line or stub; and
      (4)   Include average and peak flow calculations;
   (D)   Any required easements shall be provided to gain access to utility infrastructure and recorded prior to final approval;
   (E)   Pending review of the proposed plans, Greenville water and/or wastewater utilities will determine if the application is approved, declined, or needs further changes or information. Prior to approval, a final invoice with all required fees will be sent to the applicant. Once payment has been received, Greenville water and/or wastewater utilities will issue the application approval;
   (F)   See Greenville water and/or wastewater utilities' Water and Sanitary Sewer Standards § 1 "General Requirements" for more detailed information; and
   (G)   Upon completion of construction, submit the following additional completed documents:
      (1)   One complete digital set of as-built drawings in PDF, shapefile (.shp), and AutoCAD (DWG) file formats;
      (2)   Release of liens;
      (3)   Maintenance bond (if required); and
      (4)   Transfer of ownership.
