§ 33.22 SEWER UTILITY DEPOSIT FUND.

(A) The Town Council hereby establishes a Sewer Utility Deposit Fund for providing accessibility to customer sewer utility account deposits for refund upon closing of the account with no outstanding balances.

(B) The deposit amount shall be established and can be adjusted by ordinance.

(C) All customer deposit funds shall be kept in a separate fund that will be under the control of the Town Clerk-Treasurer with access limited to that authority and supervised by the Town Council.
