§ 150.04 SECURITY LIGHTING.
   (A)   No security lighting shall be placed in such a manner that it shines in a spotlight-type nature that it illuminates the interior of adjacent buildings that are occupied by other persons for any purpose.
   (B)   No security lighting shall be placed in such a manner that it shines in a spot light type nature that would cause a glare to traveling vehicles
   (C)   Any complaint received concerning this section shall be investigated by the Town Marshal’s Department to determine if security lighting is in violation of this section.
   (D)   Enforcement of this section shall be pursuant to I.C. 36-1-6-2, I.C. 36-1-6-3, I.C. 36-1-6-4 or a successor statute if said statute is repealed.
   (E)   Any unlawful provision found in this section shall not affect the remaining provision.
