The initial resolution license and annual renewal fees for sexually oriented business resolution licenses and sexually oriented business employee resolution licenses shall be as follows: $5,000 for the initial fee for a sexually oriented business resolution license and $2,500 for annual renewal; $500 for the initial sexually oriented business employee resolution license and $500 for annual renewal.
