§ 113.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOBILE RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. A store that sells food, beverages, supplies and has wheels that allows it to be moved from place to place.
