§ 31.01 PLAN COMMISSION.
   (A)   The town hereby designates the County Advisory Plan Commission as its Municipal Plan Commission.
   (B)   The town shall develop and adopt zoning ordinances and Comprehensive Land Use Plan in conjunction with the County Planner to be applied to the town and enforceable by the County Municipal Plan Commission.
   (C)   The Town Council, in the interest of the town, reserves the right through a town resolution to terminate this agreement at any future date.
