§ 30.07 PURCHASES FOR THE MARSHAL’S DEPARTMENT FROM INSURANCE PROCEEDS.
   (A)   The Town Marshal is authorized to purchase office equipment and supplies that were lost and/or damaged due to storms.
   (B)   Office purchases will be made using the town’s Water Utility’s Office Depot account and reimbursement to the utility will be made by the town from proceeds received from the insurance company.
   (C)   The Town Marshal will provide receipts from purchases to the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
   (D)   Total expenditures should not exceed proceeds actually received from the insurance company at the time of purchase.
