§ 110.05 PUBLIC DANCE HALLS LICENSE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any corporation, partnership or person to establish and maintain or operate a public dance hall or place where public dances are held within the corporate limits of the town, unless such corporation, partnership or person shall first obtain a license therefor from said town so to do.
   (B)   Any corporation, partnership or person desiring to obtain such license shall apply to the Clerk-Treasurer of said town therefor in writing, stating location, place of paid public dance hall or place where public dances are given and shall pay to said Clerk-Treasurer the sum of $500 for said license and thereupon, said Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a license for 12 months from the date of said application and said license shall be signed by said Clerk-Treasurer and the corporate seal of said town attached thereto.
