(A) It is the public policy of the town to support and encourage equal education and employment opportunities and equal access to and use of all public conveniences and accommodations and equal opportunity for acquisition of real property in accordance with the State Civil Rights Law (I.C. 22-9-1), a copy of which is on file for public inspection in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) The town designates the State Civil Rights Commission as the agency appropriate to implement the purposes and objectives of the State Civil Rights Law and to enforce the provisions thereof.
