§ 90.03 LIMIT ON OWNERSHIP OF DOGS AND CATS.

It is unlawful to keep or harbor more than five dogs and five cats beyond the age of weaning in any dwelling unit, structure or property. A person who violates this section shall be punishable under penalties section of this subchapter unless noted otherwise.
