(A) For the purpose of this schedule, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LOCAL SEMI-TRACTOR TRAILER.
(a) Any commercial trucking business making pick-up or deliveries at an address on Clark or Harrison Street; and
(b) Any commercial trucking business which their main business location is located on Clark or Harrison Street.
SEMI-TRACTOR TRAILER VEHICLE. As described by the State Bureau of Motor Vehicles and State Code.
(B) Clark Street from Voyles Road running east to Pekin Road shall be designated as local semi-tractor trailer traffic only.
(C) Harrison Street from West Third Street running east to East Sixth Street shall be designated as local semi-tractor trailer traffic only.
(D) The town shall purchase eight signs to read “LOCAL SEMI-TRACTOR TRAILER TRAFFIC ONLY” and eight sign posts no later than one week after passage of this schedule.
(E) Signs shall be double mounted (front/back) and installed at the following locations:
(1) Entry of Clark Street at Voyles Road;
(2) On Clark Street on east and west side of Cross Street;
(3) Entry of Clark Street at Pekin Road;
(4) Entry of Harrison Street at West Third Street;
(5) On Harrison Street on east and west side of Greenville Georgetown Road; and
(6) Entry of Harrison Street at East Sixth Street.
