§ 71.03 ALLEYWAYS; RIGHT-OF-WAY; SPEED.
   The posted speed limits for all alleyways and right-of-way rules:
   (A)   The maximum posted speed limit for all alleyways is to be ten mph; and
   (B)   All alleyways are to yield the right-of-way to traffic on main streets and U.S. 150 within the corporate limits of the town.
