(A) A reasonable amount of time will be allowed for loading and unloading from vehicles.
(B) This chapter does not apply to emergency or utility vehicles, to include the delivery of fuel oil or bottle gas and the like.
(C) In case of a vehicle breakdown, the Town Marshal is to be notified of the breakdown and vehicle location. A reasonable amount of time per the discretion of the Town Marshal will be given for the removal of such vehicle. A reasonable period of time shall normally be 24 hours unless circumstances in the sole discretion of the Town Marshal indicates otherwise.
