§ 153.0411 LOCATIONAL CRITERIA.
   An “MX” (Mixed Use) District may be designated for areas:
   (A)   With an existing mix of retail, office, service and residential uses located within a radius of one- fourth; or
   (B)   On a tract or parcel for which a traditional neighborhood development (TND) use pattern is proposed.
