After the “PD” (Planned Development) District Zoning is granted, a master site plan shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning Commission prior to approval of any plats or the issuance of any development approvals or certificates of occupancy. The master site plan shall incorporate any conditions imposed with the granting of the “PD” District zoning.
