Outdoor storage or display of goods is permitted in the “CL” District. Storage or display of goods located in the front setback shall not exceed 25% of the area included in the front setback and shall be located no closer than 75% of the building setback distance to the front property line and shall be attached to the building. Storage or display of goods shall not interfere with pedestrian or vehicle traffic. Storage or display of goods in the side setback is preferred.
