§ 153.0301 OUTDOOR DISPLAY/SALES.

The outdoor display or sale of merchandise is allowed in the “CN” District. Any merchandise displayed or sold outdoors must be taken indoors at any time outside of the posted operating hours. Merchandise displayed or sold outside shall always leave a minimum of five feet with for pedestrian traffic.
