§ 153.0201 GENERALLY.
   No development approval shall be issued unless the proposed development conforms to the design regulations prescribed within the applicable zoning district. Rules for interpreting the design regulations are included in the lot layout, height and density/intensity standards. (See §§ 153.0985 through 153.0992 of this chapter.)
