§ 153.0157 SIZE AND LOCATION OF SITE.
   (A)   Generally. The TOD shall be divided into two subdistricts known as the TOD core (TOD-C) and the TOD periphery (TOD-P), which shall be considered separate zoning districts subject to the requirements set forth in this section. The requirements of this section shall apply to both the TOD-C and TOD-P subdistricts, unless otherwise provided. Following any rezoning to an “MX” (Mixed Use) district, the official zoning map shall be amended to denote the subdistricts as defined in subsection (B) below.

   (B)   Locational criteria.
      (1)   All areas within one-fourth mile of a transit station or major bus boarding location shall be classified as TOD-C.
      (2)   All areas between one-fourth mile and one-half mile from a transit station or major bus boarding location shall be classified as TOD-P. No land area shall be zoned TOD-P unless it adjoins an area zoned TOD-C.
