§ 34.064 TRAVEL AWAY FROM THE CITY.
   All travel away from the city must be approved in advance by the City Manager. If private automobiles are used, employees will be reimbursed at rates established and modified from time to time by the standard allowable U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rate for automobile use.
